๐ผ Your Mission
As a Process Engineer VIE, youโll play a key role in improving our bioproduction processes and scaling up production. Your main responsibilities will include:
๐ Analyze & optimize bioprocesses (from pre-fermentation to formulation)
๐ Support data collection & digitalization of production processes
๐ Define & support new investment projects for process improvement
๐ก Implement initiatives to increase production capacity & efficiency
๐ฌ Work on bioprocess control systems & reactor operations
๐ก Youโll be part of an international & cross-functional team, working closely with R&D, production, and industrial teams to make a real impact!

๐ฏ Your Profile ๐ Who are we looking for?
๐ Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Food, Industrial, or Process Engineering
๐งช Knowledge of bioprocess engineering (mass & energy balances, microbial kinetics)
โ๏ธ Familiar with process control systems & bioreactor operations
๐ Experience with data analysis & visualization (Excel, Power BI, statistical tools)
๐ฃ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus!)
๐ก Soft skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solver, detail-oriented ๐
๐ค Strong teamwork & communication skills to work across different teams
