What will your daily life look like?
Within our GNOSIS production subsidiary in Pisticci, you will participate in the improvement of processes in the workshops under the responsibility of the production manager.
- Make complete assessments of the malfunctions observed
- Optimize unit operations (ergonomics / productivity / losses, etc.)
- Assist the production manager on a daily basis
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement (5S / Visual Management / Decision diagrams / Dashboards / Checklists / PDCA …)
- Participate in setting up and carrying out industrial product development tests
- Provide technical expertise in process engineering and conduct specific studies
- Participate in updating control procedures (control plan, HACCP, etc.) and operation profile
Make a personal impact
That makes you the ideal candidate
- Master’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering. A first experience in the industry would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English is required
- Speaking Italian is a nice to have
