In this role you should
- Coordinate the work of SAPCC located in Hungary, France and Mexico (total 25 FTE).
- Be an organic part of
- SAP support activities worldwide (quality controll, handover, compliance,global developments)
- Enhancement projects (analyzis, effort estimation, manage delivery)
- Implementation projects (Kick Off, UAT, Handover)
- Provide functional guidance to SAPCC experts
- People management to the team and team leaders
- Deliver weekly status reports to the SAP Program Director
- Ensure that ticketing system (Solman) is updated including actions, solutions, status and responsibilities
- Manage SAPCC cooperation with global SAP teams and 3rd party consultants

Professional experience:
- 10 years or more experience in SAP
- 5 years of more experience as manager
- International working experience
- University diploma
Language:
- English (fluent)
- Hungarian (very nice to have 🙂
