What will your daily life look like?

Lesaffre is running a Global SAP Roll-Out Program to deploy Lesaffre Core Model in the subsidiaries. The work consists of a series of projects coordinated by the Program Director. The Project Manager works in collaboration with the Program Director by helping the coordination with the local projects as follows:

  • Ensure consistent use of project methodology
  • Deliver Project Preparation including scoping, budgeting, staffing
  • Support Local Project Managers during the project
  • Ensure consistent project and program status report 
  • Ensure good quality hand-over from

The Project Managers are working with the teams listed below:

  • Global IT Teams
  • SAP Internal Support 
  • 3rd party consultants
  • Subsidiaries

The job reports to the SAP Program Director.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Methodology

  • Establish a project methodology to ensure successful SAP Program Deployment
  • Train participants on the methodology 

Project Preparation

  • Deliver the Scoping Study
  • Develop high level milestone plan in-line with the Global Program Plan

Project Delivery

  • Train local SAP Program Managers on methodology
  • Coach local SAP Program Managers in everyday business
  • Help quality check 3rd party delivery
  • Participate in parallel projects to ensure harmonization into SAP Program plan

Status Reporting

  • Quality check of project status reports and request corrections
  • Validate the Steering Committee reports
  • Delivery and present the status report to SAP Program Director

Handover

  • Supervise the Handover from projects to support teams
  • Escalate issues to SAP Program Director
     

Make a personal impact
That makes you the ideal candidate

University or equivalent degree 

10 years or more experience in SAP (preferably in Logistics) 

5 years or more experience in Project Management

5 years of experience in working with other nationalities at least 3 out of Francophone, North-American, South-American, African, Far-East, Middle-East

Languages:

  • English
  • French (optional)
  • Spanish (advantage)
