What will your daily life look like?
We are looking for an accomplish and passionnate sales and operations profesionnal to drive the S&OP process at group level accross 3 different product lines. He/She will be responsible to consolidate demand & supply plans accross the regions and Bus to provide a comprehensive consolidated balance at group level. He/She will serve as group process architect by leading a functionnal network of 20 S&OP leaders located all over the world.
S&OP management:
- Accountable for directing the overall S&OP planning governance and proposing a transparent plan by product line to accommodate business priorities à propose mitigation strategy and allocation to a BU, a Region, a product line or a customer when demand exceeds supply
- Ensure efficient and timely data collection and information handoff from local or regional supply chains
- Lead monthly meetings with S&OP leaders WW to align on a consensus plan
- Consolidate demand & supply plan for final executive meeting, both in volume and value
- Drive Global Executive S&OP meetings and cascade decisions and actions plans
- Support and execute the annual budgeting process with cross functional leaders from finance, sales and operations
- Ensure compliance to industry best practices through external monitoring
S&OP performance management
- Track performance metrics thought KPIs dashboard
- Ensure that KPIs are agreed upon, tracked, communicated and corrective actions taken
- Develop new sets of KPI’s where necessary to determine development of business processes over time
Global S&OP architect:
- Act as a trusted advisor to guide our organization through the S&OP process improvement
- Assess the current maturity level of the S&OP process across all Regions and BU and develop a roadmap to engage the Supply Chain community toward S&OP Next: NPI and full IBP management
- Drive continuous improvement to the process, ensure full adoption from teams through digital and analytics
Project management
- Support S&OP related project at group or at local level, part of GLOBE transformation plan
- Collect local supply chain initiatives/projects that may serve the global plan
Identify process champions locally to support the global roadmap

Education
Engineering Degree or MS degree, MBA preferred
Advanced degree such as MBA or master’s degree Supply Chain is preferred.
Experience
- This position requires extensive hands on experience and business acumen.
- 10 years minimum of experience in Demand and Supply roles, S&OP process and optimization or global operations.
- Expert S&OP/IBP leader with a proven track record of managing high performing teams.
- 5 years minimum with regional or international responsibilities.
- Data driven with demonstrated ability to analyze and compute large set of numbers.
- Must be able to work independently.
5+ years at Manager position level in global Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical company.
Strong project management skills.
Extensive collaboration skills with commercial and finance leaders.
