What will your daily life look like?
Within the Group Treasury team of four, as Treasurer you will take part in managing Lesaffre Group treasury issues with a primary focus on ensuring liquidity of the operations and strictly limiting financial exposures.
Your main missions will be:
For the Baking Regions and BUs you manage within the assigned international scope you will:
- Be a real Helpdesk for subsidiaries on Treasury related topics:
- Cash management and all related issues : monitor bank accounts balances, ensure liquidity of the operations at all times, etc.
- Support for the Treasury Management System
- With and under the supervision the Group Treasurer:
- Take part in monthly review of the WC KPIs and short-term cash forecasts during meetings with the CFOs of the Baking Regions and BUs.
- Assess financing requests, review and monitor with subsidiaries the cash forecasts
At Group level you will:
- Take part in improving the liquidity of the group, e.g., through the implementation of cash poolings or inter-company debt
- Give support to the Treasurer in charge of monitoring FX and interest rate exposure and implementing the hedging strategy
- Take part in projects to roll out Treasury Management System within the assigned perimeter, alongside the implementation of the Group ERP
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly treasury reporting

- Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Banking or Finance from a recognized University, High School.
- First experience in a similar role in an international environment and knowledge of TMS administration, Banking communication.
- Fluent in French and in English
