Your mission will not only cover only the Vietnamese market but could be also extended to Thailand 🇹🇭 and Indonesia 🇮🇩.

🧪 🔬 What you’ll do

You’ll join our Aquaculture team in Asia to support growing technical operations in the region — and play a key role in our expansion:

Design & support field trial projects (from protocol to final report)
Collect & analyze data to deliver high-quality technical insights
Lead training sessions (in-person or digital) for sales teams & partners
Support technical communication aligned with sales strategy
Gather market intel to sharpen our marketing & sales approach
Help organize events & represent Phileo at key aquaculture conferences
Engage directly with customers & distributors in South East Asia

🎓 What we’re looking for

Master’s or Engineering Degree in Aquaculture, Animal Science, Biology, or equivalent.
– Strong scientific & analytical background with ability to adapt to the cultural and business realities
Excellent communication & presentation skills
– Full professional proficiency in English (must-have)
– International mindset & cultural adaptability
– Team player with initiative & a can-do attitude

What’s next after your VIE?
At Lesaffre, we strongly believe in developing young talent, and our goal is to recruit VIEs into long-term positions within the company. This project is a key strategic initiative for the Group, and after successfully completing your 2-year VIE, you could have the opportunity to extend your impact worldwide. This experience will allow you to capitalize on your expertise and take on new challenges within an international and dynamic environment. 🌍
