Job description
Key areas of accountabilities/responsibilities主要职责/责任
- Support the sales team in the market development of liquid fertilizer and new products, and push implementation of the market development strategy of new products.
- Communicate and coordinate new product development with sales team, formula coordination, assist in product meetings and training courses.
- Responsible for product technical specifications, application and demonstration manuals. Manage new product demonstration.
- Strengthen and improve the service and support of new products
- 支持销售团队对于液体肥料和新产品的市场开发，按照新产品市场发展策略规划组织实施和落实。
- 与销售团队沟通和协调新产品开发，配方协调，协助产品会议和培训课程。
- 负责产品技术规范以及使用与示范手册的制作与更新，管理新产品的示范推广。
- 强化、完善各项新产品的服务与支持
Qualifications
College degree or above in agronomy, agrochemistry or plant protection农学、农化、植保大专以上学历
1 years or above tech support or sales experience in region fertilizer market (Organic fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, etc.) is preferred.
1年以上大区肥料市场（有机肥、液体肥等）技术支持或销售经验者优先
Be able to skillfully use Excel, Word, PPT and other office software
Have a car driver’s license, have strong communication, coordination and organization ability, sensitive to data.
English CET-4
能熟练运用Word, Excel、PPT等办公软件
有小车驾照，有较强沟通、协调与组织能力，对数据敏感。

Company description
法国乐斯福集团广西来宾工厂包括广西丹宝利酵母有限公司和广西一品鲜生物科技有限公司，位于广西来宾市河西工业园区内，距离来宾市区有半个小时车程。它们是由法国乐斯福集团和东糖集团于2006年共同投资成立并于2009年底正式投产，是自治区人民政府和来宾市重点建设项目。 主要经营范围有：生产、加工和销售酵母及酵母提取物系列产品。酵母产品主要用于面包、馒头、饼干的发酵和酒精、白酒及食醋的酿造工艺；一品鲜酵母抽提物主要用于酱油、鸡精和方便面调料的配制等。 目前来宾工厂已完成第五期扩建，拥有员工约450人，年产高活性酵母约4.8万吨、生物肥约5万吨、酵母抽提物约1.2万吨。我们的目标是把来宾工厂建立成为乐斯福集团在中国的标杆工厂。
