协助和配合工业技术服务部经理开展客户技术服务和培训相关的工作,及时配合完成相关的项目测试和项目报并跟进相关项目工作。

Assist Industrial Technical Service Manager to conduct customer technical service and training projects, timely complete tests, analysis and reports related, and follow up the projects.

根据需要和安排,协助配合技术服务团队为全国和区域工业客户开发提供专业技术支持和有效客户服务。

Based on the requirement and arrangement, assist ITS team to provide professional technical support,  effective customer service for the development of national and regional industrial customers.

根据工作安排,通过拜访和跟进客户及时发现客户需求,及时提供新品开发服务和相关的问题解决方案。

Based on the arrangement, visit customers or follow up projects, provide right and timely service and solutions.

协助工业技术服务经理为客户(工业客户和经销商)和公司内部相关部门(新的工业技术服务人员和工业销售团队等)提供相关技术培训。

Assist Industrial Technical Service Manager to provide technical training to clients (industrial customers and distributors) and internal needs (new industrial service technicians and industrial sales teams, etc.).

收集和了解烘焙市场,客户反馈,竞争对手和样品,烘焙(面制品)相关企业,烘焙院校和行业协会组织和活动等信息,为公司技术中心提供相关信息。

Keep abreast of and collect information about the baking(steamed products) market, customer feedback, competitors and samples, bakery (steamed products)industry associations/organizations and events, etc. Provide related information to the company.
