Job description


Assist Industrial Technical Service Manager to conduct customer technical service and training projects, timely complete tests, analysis and reports related, and follow up the projects.


Based on the requirement and arrangement, assist ITS team to provide professional technical support,  effective customer service for the development of national and regional industrial customers.


Based on the arrangement, visit customers or follow up projects, provide right and timely service and solutions.


Assist Industrial Technical Service Manager to provide technical training to clients (industrial customers and distributors) and internal needs (new industrial service technicians and industrial sales teams, etc.).


Keep abreast of and collect information about the baking(steamed products) market, customer feedback, competitors and samples, bakery (steamed products)industry associations/organizations and events, etc. Provide related information to the company.
