Job description
You will be directly reporting to the WWTP deputy manager, him/herself reporting to the WWTP manager.
As Foreman of the WWTP you will be shifted, you will manage a team of 2 operators.
During the all week end and nights you will be the only manager in charge of your area.
Therefore you will have to solve the issues by yourself, a picket on duty will be always available in the case the issues are impossible to be solved without his/her intervention.
An evaporator area and a waste water treatment plant will be under your scope.
The two operators will be polyvalent on the two areas, you will ensure they are rotating to keep their skills up to the level.
Provide everything necessary to them for achieving the target you will be fixed by the management.
You will ensure the shift performance of your area, must anticipate and take decision for at least 3 shifts ahead.
You will be in charge to ensure the safety of all the actor entering your area, maintenance and production.
Therefore the preparation of all the safety permit and requirement for any maintenance/production intervention, with the support of the HSE team.
As Lesaffre is building a new facilities from a green field a full factory will have to be commissioned.
You need to be dedicated to participate to the commissioning.
As the main user you will be a main actor on this commissioning, pro activity is key, you will be supported by the project team and many support from abroad.
Qualifications
– Bachelor or polytechnic degree is required in Food manufacturing, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related major
– Minimum of 3 years experience of biotechnology/WWTP process in Multinational Company.
– Good English is mandatory (speaking), Indonesian mother language
– Familiar with local regulations (environment).
