Job description

A major duties of this role will be:

·To create reports and data, analyzing and consolidating reports, creating custom reporting software and sharing findings with Export Sales and Marketing Department in the Region. In the same time his / her duty will be to input data and update the database continually.

·To coordinate the whole NPL launch process from Idea creation till product is in the market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1.    Sales and marketing reports analyst:

·Export sales activities analysis (product portfolio, price, new products, P&L analysis,etc)  

·Create an electronic database for storing large quantities of data from the yeast, bread and baking ingredients market.

·Create customer database with all needed informations (GKAC aproach, customer card).

·Creating and storing data, creating regular reports, analyzing reports, creating custom reporting and sharing findings with Export Sales and Marketing director.

·Find solutions for “How to improve export-sales activities”. Recognizes new market segments and opportunities for business development.

·Competitor analysis and market research activities for MECA export markets.

·Carry out periodic analysis & reporting on CRM data. Regularly analyze customer profiles and needs; prepare customized reports accordingly

·Deliver ad hoc reports

·Support Export Sales and Marketing department in reaching their goals through analysis

·Monitor data to identify changes in business trends

2.    New Product Launch Coordinator:

·Cooperate with all departments and stakeholders to coordinate the whole new or existing product launch process.

·Scheduling, delegating, documenting and running team meetings related to launch process in order to reflect the update status of project launches

·Create the NPL process and keep him updated with future evolutions

·Provides administrative support for the new product launch process 

·Develop, maintain and distribute Product Launch Status Sheets (action plan), to track the defined time line.

·Try to minimize the “time to market” by excelent coordination of different processes in the company.

·Initiates and updates related project documentation for all the launches.

·Organize and drive all the project related meetings within the Plant in order to reflect the update status of project launches

·Lead and follow-up Projects linked to product developments.
