Job description
We are looking for a Controller for our Head Quarter in Desio directly reporting to the Controlling Manager in the Finance department and she/he will be responsible for the following activities:
- Coordinating all the Controlling & Reporting processes of the 3 Legal Entities entrusted, including budget, forecasting and financial planning;
- Overseeing the CO. GE activities of Plant Controllers, responsible for industrial costs, opex, capex, headcount and G&A and indirect costs/overheads, providing them with guidelines to harmonize activities;
- Overseeing the monthly closing process, including analysis of actual data, margins, and variances by product;
- Creating ad hoc reports also on specific requests for management, providing analysis and corrective actions;
- Supporting Sales and Marketing in determining product pricing and the Global Finance Director and Finance Manager in determining intra-group Transfer Pricing;
- Collaborating with the foreign Financial Controller on monthly closings, budgeting & forecasts, management reviews and strategic plans;
- As Process Owner, he interfaces and supports the ICT team in the implementation and development of new software/applications related to the company’s performance in the Finance matrix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in economics or similar;
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Finance Transformations team of a Big4;
