Key Missions:

Your role will be to structure, analyze and spread customer insights and business performance analytics throughout the company, but also to manage new projects supporting the customer-centric transformation and our data-driven ambitions.

  • Develop and manage the B2B Customer Journey dashboards, from lead generation to customer loyalty
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Business performance
    • Pre-sale and post-sale operational efficiency
  • Build and manage Customer surveys: To nurture strategy and track customer satisfaction at each stage of the customer journey
  • Transform data into customer and business insights to support stakeholders’ business decisions
  • Lead and run data projects in collaboration with both BU- and Group-level stakeholders
    • Data tools (BI/Dataviz), in consistency with the Digital MarTech Stack
    • Growth-oriented use cases
  • Manage CRM solution: User management and support, data quality management
  • Contribute to build data roadmap and spread a data-driven culture


  • Proven work experience (4-5 years) in data management, customer insights, Sales & Marketing analytics or CRM in B2B or B2C environment
  • Experience in Marketing (+ Scientific skills)
  • Strong analytical skills with customer and business orientation
  • Familiar with Data visualization or BI solutions
  • Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders
  • Dynamic, autonomous, team-player, with ability to work in agile mode
  • English fluent
