Job description
Job Main Contributions :
- He/she is in charge of forecasting sales of BSFR manufactured finished products for Bıo Springer and Procelys business units, in close collaboration with the S&OP group department.
- He/ she supports the commercial management in demand planning process.
Key Accountabilities :
Manage the demand planning process :
- Support the global or regional sales managers to prepare monthly demand planning,
- Bio Springer and Procelys / Bio Springer
- BSFR sourcing :
– Organize and run sales forecasting meetings with commercial teams to capture the market information, and forecast sales on yeast extracts and dried yeast Ingredients with the highest accuracy possible
– Ensure link and collaboration with group S&OP department
– Ensure monthly coordination with manufacturing sites in the region
Cooperate with other local supply chain department foncttions (planification, customer service) and business teams in sales plan process,
Lead & participate in Supply-Chain related projects,
Ensure compliance with group standards and procedures,
Work in collaboration with the region finance team for the yearly budget process and monthly reportings.
Key factors of Success :
- Close partnership through regular meetings with sales teams, supply chain teams and manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate projects with proper anticipation, rhythm or pace and structure with all the actors.
- Share information, advice, and suggestions to help others to be more efficient ; provides effective coaching.
- Furnish a sustainable connection between the different subsidiaries.
Qualifications
Master degree qualification in Logistics formation (Business school / Engineering School / University)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operations, ideally in supply chain with a good knowlegde of short term planning. Experience for the animation of processes as S&OP
Good knowledge of short term planning, project management, IT tools (Office 365, ERP SAP)
Technical knowledge, good communication skills (fluent English)
