Job description
Within the substrates and derivatives product department, you are directly attached to the director of the department, and you will be in charge to sale derivatives products in technical applications. As we are working with new products, you will have to create the full market, so a strong Business dev & pioneer mindset is key.
As our technical salesman your main responsibilities will be:

Develop sales of coproducts in technical applications from the prospection to the contractual and delivery phase. Create the market in Europe.

Follow in detail contract execution in close contact with the plants.

Enforce that sales respect group good practise and participate to develop sustainable approach.

Ensure the adequacy between customer needs and plant capability.

Share knowledge with the group sale team out of Europe and support them.
To succeed, you will have to:

Understand and advice customer how to use our product in different market segments.

Participate to analyse and share market info to participate to the definition of sales strategy.

Built a strong relationship with customers.

Create the market with diverse customers in diverse segments. have an appetite to manage a portfolio from diverse industrial market segments.

Understand and promote technical efficiency of products.
Qualifications
-
A Master’s degree from an Agro-engineering school, a Chemical engineering school or from a Business School (with technical background).

A proven experience (around 5 years) in Industrial / Technical sales with a real entrepreneurship mindset (you are not afraid to prospect / reach new customers).

Fluent in English & French.

Good communication & collaboration skills.

You will have to travel (Europe) to be as close as possible to our customers & prospects.
