Key areas of accountabilities/responsibilities主要职责/责任

ð  Support plant manager and department managers to deploy OPEX in plant, responsible for the coordination with different functions of the plant to set up & improve OPEX culture

支持工厂厂长和各部门经理推行“卓越制造”活动,并负责协调各部门建立及提高精益文化理念

ð  Accountable to induce OPEX management theory & methodology. To organize the training, implementation and application, accomplish goals consistent with business needs and objectives

负责工厂精益管理理论及方法指导。根据经营目标和要求,组织精益管理的培训、实施和应用。

ð  Strive systematically for manufacturing improvement opportunities, take responsibility for process improvement, efficiency improvement, waste reduction and so on in plant

系统性推进生产优化,负责工厂的流程改进,效率提升,减少浪费等事宜。

ð  To act as project leader, to complete the improvement projects with in the identified targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Environment. Monitor outcome of implementation of OPEX, accountable for financial results

作为项目负责人领导安全、质量、成本、交付、员工士气和环境方面的项目,跟踪实施成果。

ð  Assists process owner in identifying barriers to project success and helps to drive changes when needed

协助流程负责人识别导致项目失败的障碍,在需要时能够引领变革。

ð  Work as coordinator with the departments to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing to continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery, in line with company and customer requirements

与部门紧密联系分最佳实践和想法,建议、支持和实施持续改进活动和流程,达成目标提高交付质量,确保按质按量交付,满足公司和客户的要求。

ð  Responsible internal of department staffs professional skill continue improvement. Enhance staffs self-management level and ownership awareness

持续提升内部员工的专业水平,提高他们的自我管理水平和主人翁意识。

ð  Be first point of contact in plant regarding OPEX and performance related activities, be part of network and deliver best practices to Lesaffre group

ð  Validate the new standard/ process to make sure the standards are properly defined

验证新标准、新流程的有效性,确保正确定义标准。

Qualifications

Knowledge and educational level 知识和教育水平

ð  Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering, IE is preferred.

本科以上学历,工业工程专业优先考虑。

ð  Black belt in six sigma or equivalent qualification

6西格玛黑带或同等资格

Required level of experiences所需的工作经验

ð  At least 5 years lean manufacturing experience

至少5年精益生产经验

ð  Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments

有生产和/或工程工作经历

ð  Qualified trainer is a plus有培训经验优先

ð  High level of knowledge of lean manufacturing, capability study, problem solving and value chain study, preferably in food industry有丰富的精益生产、问题解决和价值链研究经验,在食品制造企业工作经验优先。

Company description

法国乐斯福集团广西来宾工厂包括广西丹宝利酵母有限公司和广西一品鲜生物科技有限公司,位于广西来宾市河西工业园区内,距离来宾市区有半个小时车程。它们是由法国乐斯福集团和东糖集团于2006年共同投资成立并于2009年底正式投产,是自治区人民政府和来宾市重点建设项目。 主要经营范围有:生产、加工和销售酵母及酵母提取物系列产品。酵母产品主要用于面包、馒头、饼干的发酵和酒精、白酒及食醋的酿造工艺;一品鲜酵母抽提物主要用于酱油、鸡精和方便面调料的配制等。 目前来宾工厂已完成第五期扩建,拥有员工约450人,年产高活性酵母约4.8万吨、生物肥约5万吨、酵母抽提物约1.2万吨。我们的目标是把来宾工厂建立成为乐斯福集团在中国的标杆工厂。
