- Evaluating the current state of business processes and determining the requirements,
- Preparing process maps, project plans, workflow charts and all other relevant documents,
- To determine the compliance of business operations with the procedures and standards of the institution,
- Experienced in time studies, work studies, and data analysis,
- Support for all human resources processes and projects.
Qualifications
- Graduated from “Industrial Engineering” departments of universities,
- In similar position min. 2 years of experience,
- Have good command of English,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Strong communication skills.
