Job description
We are looking for our “HR Apprentice” to join the MEA (Middle East & Africa) regional HR team to be located in MEA France office.
Reporting to the Sales and Ingredients HR Manager, you will participate in the HR topics for our entities based in Ethiopia, Kenya, UAE, Ivory Coast, Algeria such as:
- Active support on several HR projects:
- Management of benefits
- Job classification project (Mercer position Evaluation)
- Payroll follow up for some outsourced employees
- Induction tool implementation
- Recruitment
- Preparation of contracts
- Internal communication support (e.g.newcomers announcement, org. of events,etc)
Qualifications
- You are studying for a Master in HR or equivalent and you are looking for a 2 years apprentice contract
- A first internship in a Human Resources Department is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Pragmatic, autonomous
- Energetic, hands-on, result driven and go-getting with a strong passion for excellence and attention to operational details
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from various levels and functions within the area. You are able to work in an international environment and to adapt to other cultures.
