Job description

Responsible for the operation of the EMEA Marketing Department. Your priorities will be to provide marketing lead & technical support to customers.

You will drive the marketing activity while aligned with the Global Marketing Activity.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Market Knowledge, customer and consumer knowledge/expectations

Implement and manage market analysis,

Manage 360, cross check with import/export to estimate the market share of competition and dynamics of the market,

Analyses competitor’s organization, Distributors organization of our competitors,

SWOT with an action plan to take advantages of opportunities and strength, and offset threat and weaknesses,  

Manage dedicated studies for Innovation or strategy purpose, for positioning, i.e (Organic, vegan, Customer satisfaction, liquid.)

Identify Customer insights, challenge, knowledge, satisfaction study

Define Marketing Plan to set up priorities of the region and implement action plan (based on market and environment analysis, including market / product segmentation, including digital marketing and social media, lead generation)

Give the marketing directions to the sales team and to Culinary

Support for sales team: sales tools (presentation, arguments, trends) etc…

  • Product range management

 Work on product Life Cycle Management, product Mix, Margin analysis, portfolio

Work on positioning and differentiation with a strong support from culinary to develop proofs that show how better we are compare to competition/ unique and how we answer customer need – Develop meaningful marketing content for customers for inbound marketing

By application: analyze consumer insight, customers challenges & needs, in order to identify Biospringer solution and proves – Define the key application (potential x having solution or potentiality to dev solution, or axis of development)

Communication on the range, Product valuation, Train sales team

  • In charge of product documents/workflow data sheets, Polaris (EBX) – data Stewart – product creation in the system.
  •  Set up and Coordination of the events (fairs, local action, distributors) in accordance with     global carters and guidelines
  •  Proactive participation to promote positive the yeast extract image for our customers but also for retailers and consumers as Biospringer but also through Eurasyp/Savory Taste Alliance.
     
  • Data’s extraction from C4C to analyze customer expectations and the trends, lead follow up, segment analysis of activity, sales effort.
     
  •  Set up and Coordination of the events (fairs, local action, distributors) in accordance with global carters and guidelines

Qualifications

Master (M/S) from College or university in food sciences, or equivalent.  Ten years experience in Marketing BtoB at international level, ideally EAME.

Know how to work in matrix environment.
