Job description

Integrate and support the mission of data science sub-department which is to:

  1. Follow-up and support the company’s activity development aligned with defined strategy targets
  2. Analyze information, create performance management dashboards, produce meaningful insights to the company
  3. Detect tendency and measure business impacts from decisions made


Key responsibilities主要职责

Demonstrate capacity to:

  1. Coordinate information with sales and marketing
  2. Implement follow-up methods
  3. Have agility to present the general picture to management
  4. Collaborate with department members: sales analysts and data specialist
  5. Make proposals

Analysis of sales reporting, controlling reports and communication with sales and marketing organization:

  1. Participate to the implementation of KPIs to be monitored
  2. Measure impact of sales and marketing initiatives though defined KPIs
  3. Follow-up company’s development on market segments
  4. Participate to feedback and shared analysis to raise awareness and business insights
  5. Share experience and knowledge gained from success cases
  6. Help to capitalize and collect information from market
  7. Actively contribute to the master data consistency and the quality of information supporting decision
  8. Cross customer information from other system sources to provide a more global understanding
