Job description

The part you will play

  • Detects the market needs and opportunities based on customers’ demands, benchmark studies, market analysis and regional strategy
  • Proposes new products development/markets portfolio adaptation according to identified needs of customers
  • Coordinates regional projects
  • Proposes technical / sales argumentation tools and techniques
  • Promotes and demonstrates new products at customers (internal, external) via technical demonstrations, seminars
  • Follows new products performance

Qualifications

  • University degree in Food Engineering/Biochemistry/Biotechnology
  • 3+ years in similar position (Customer service/ Food Ingredients)
  • Knowledge of formation baking, baking process and technology
  • Project management and product development knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel frequently in the region
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Creativity and open minded
  • Analytical skill
