Job description
- Supporting the activities of Supply Chain Direction in terms of supply and demand planning processes,
- Constructing, preparing and providing periodical reports focused on the supply chain processes, making suggestions to ensure process optimization and cost effectiveness,
- Develop, improve and maintain standard operating procedures for demand planning process and systems in line with the needs of Region,
- Consolidating, monitoring and updating stock levels in entity and factory level,
- Identifying and managing potential inventory obsolescence to minimize write-offs on finished goods,
- Conducting root cause analysis for supply chain issues/variances and defining corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence,
- Providing recommendations for operational improvements to improve OTIF and inventory.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or Business Management departments,
- At least 5 years of hands-on supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG,
- Extended understanding of the industry, markets and regulatory requirements,
- Experience using advanced supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems,
- Prone to analytics and KPI- report creation,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Advanced use of MS Office tools,
- Advanced level of written and verbal English, French is a plus.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
