Job description

Main missions:

Your main missions will be to:

  • Analyse strategic market segment under responsibility, define & coordinate road to market,
  • Support regional teams on operational marketing & Go2Market.

The Marketing Manager & Regional Marketing Manager reports direct to Procelys Marketing Director and has a dotted line to Regional Sales Director.

Develops Market knowledge and application understanding:

– Be the global expert on strategic segments under responsibility:

  • Identify customer challenges & targets, analyse value chains and market trends,
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity,
  • Defines Marketing plan
  • Validates Key Opinion Leader (KOL),

– Provides comprehensive view on strategic segments under responsibility,

Provides Guidance to sales, innovation & Communication teams:

  • Leads Market Roadmaps with innovation project managers,
  • Validates product plan,
  • Defines value prop per market segment,
  • Prepares product launches,
  • Defines Communication briefing,

Support the Sales team & Distributors:

  • Analyses commercial portfolio performance,
  • Defines Commercial regional portfolio & SKU intentions,
  • Supports & ensures all milestones are delivered for commercial product launches,
  • Develops for the regional team a regional Marketing Plan,
  • Delivers qualified leads insights, and sales arguments,
  • Prioritizes regional opportunities,
  • Trains Procelys teams & distributors on product & services,
  • Attend relevant conferences and joins customer meetings,

Take ownership for Regional Marketing operations:

  • Express editorial needs towards segment manager,
  • Ensures fairs, events & promotional activities within the region,
  • Identify relevant industry conference.


And you:

  • Postgraduate degree with a strong focus on marketing/product management,
  • 3 + years experiences product line Management, continuous Biotech, Pharma or Life sciences markets,
  • Collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality, Production & Demand Planning,
  • Fluent French & English.
