Job description

  • Managing the new product launch process. (according to the relevant procedure),
  • Making and examining market analyzes,
  • Measuring new product sales performance,
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales reports and determining commercial marketing actions,
  • Carrying out product development studies,
  • Making campaigns in the B2B channel,
  • To carry out work to increase visibility in the B2C channel,
  • To follow up invoices and budgets,
  • To work in accordance with the Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety rules and to fulfill the duties given on these issues.


  • Graduate from related departments of universities,
  • At least 3-4 years work experience in similar functions,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Good command of MS Office applications,
  • Strong skills about analytical thinking, open minded, decision making, teamworking and problem solving,
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and self starter,
  • Proven out of the box and strategic thinking.
