Job description

Your main duties are the followings:

·        Conduct general studies in process improvement and production optimization including:

–        microbiology performance

–        raw material and energy ratios follow-up,

–         miscellaneous KPIs monitoring

·        Study, optimize and streamline operator workload: follow and improve operators load, production logs/checks, cleaning activities, ergonomics, …

·        Review and update procedures in the department,

·        Support all department projects (Capital projects, Cleaning activities and Lean initiative projects)

·        Assist in optimization of processes and production studies

 

As a key contact support for all process stakeholders, you work in straight collaboration with other departments like engineering, lab and maintenance ones.
