Job description
Within our entity Lesaffre Kenya and reporting to the Finance and Adminsitrative Manager, you will be responsible for office management, communication, correspondence, project and event support.
Key responsibilities
- Providing support in invoicing and reconciliation of customer orders to delivery notes
- Providing support in monthly sales reporting
- Participation in stock takes
- Coordinating the purchase of office supplies and tracking usage
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of various events
- Providing support in travel bookings
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any questions visitors have
- Maintaining reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Receiving deliveries, distributing incoming mail
Qualifications
Certificate in administration
Skills:
- Very good analytical skills with ability to manage priorities.
- You are dynamic and active, with the willingness to take on workloads and the ability to meet professional challenges.
- Ease in internal and external communication
- Team player, solution oriented, multi-tasking and flexible
- Proficient user of MS Office, expertise on MS Excel is a must
- Advanced planning, organization, and coordination skills.
- Experience in using sage accounting system
