What will your daily life look like?
After an internal mobility, we are looking for our new Baker Technical Adviser. The BOULANGER will work in the BAKING CENTER within the Baking Application team and will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Train and support regional and local technical contacts for all customer segments (craft, industry, retailers, B-to-C, etc.)

- Train your contacts in the various bakery techniques.
- Basic and expert training in specific bread-making techniques.
- Use of Group reporting tools (BAMARETO)
- Assisting project managers (Formulations, R&D, Operations, regions, M4B) on strategic issues as technical support for Bakery Products.
- Cooperate in application projects as technical leader in liaison with network experts.
- Technical support for baking Academy training courses
- Train your contacts in the various bakery techniques.

- Promote and contribute to product and service offerings:

- To know and know how to promote products and services from the LESAFFRE range.
- Contributing to the development of technical products and services.
- Know what the competition is offering and how we position ourselves in relation to it.
- Helping the Headquarter product divisions to identify customer and partner expectations.
- Support for local or central marketing and communications departments in communicating technical information to partners.
- Participate in the development of content and technical support (videos, tutorials, webinars, etc.)
- Sharing experience (joint development, etc.) and pooling certain skills acquired in the Region for the benefit of other Regions.

- Provide support to baking centre network experts and relays on specific assignments requiring technical expertise for all customer segments.
- Participating in relations with suppliers of raw materials and equipment. (Knowledge and market Watch)

Professional skills:
- Higher basic training in bakery BP/BM or equivalent and 5 to 10 years’ experience.
- 5 years’ successful experience in industry or in connection with the bread-making industry
- Knowledge of bread-making raw materials and ingredients and their applications in product development.
- Fluency in English confirmed by experience of dealing with foreign contacts on a day-to-day basis. (Fluent in another langage would be a plus).
- Successful experience abroad would be a plus.
- Computer skills : PowerPoint, Excel, Word
The position will be based at the Marquette-lez-Lille site, with some international travel.
