What will your daily life look like?

Scope of the position: provide efficient and dependable administrative and support to the CEO in performance of his/her duties. Provides administrative support to other key executives. Leads projects as directed by the CEO. Represents Company in a professional manner while effectively handling multiple administrative responsibilities. Ability to work independently and with minimum level of supervision required to meet various deadlines.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the CEOs calendar utilizing MS Outlook and schedule appointments.
  • Manages priorities of the CEO’s time on an empowered basis. Manage shared calendars as assigned.
  • Coordinates appointments, customer visits, and international visitors.
  • Manages the conference room’s reservation schedule and catering
  • Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports for the CEO and other executive level management as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, and company events as directed.
  • Screen mail, telephone calls and email correspondence and respond to routine correspondence independently when possible.
  • Leads special projects and directs others as assigned by the CEO.
  • Initiate routine and some non-routine correspondence.
  • Organize and manage the CEO paper and electronic files.
  • Takes notes and prepare minutes for management and project meetings as needed.
  • Prepare complex presentations or reports using advanced features of MS Office Suite.
  • Maintain and update electronic or other databases as directed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all the CEO and company correspondences as well as personal matters.
  • Represent the Company in a professional manner.

Requirements: Education and Experience   

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five to ten years related experience
  • Experience in a multicultural company
  • Experience in a manufacturing company and/or Food Industry advantage
  • Hungarian and English speaking
  • Computer skills
