Job description
In the context of a job creation, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group IT CRM Project Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Group IT Solutions Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and continuous improvement of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the CRM solution effectively supports our business objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CRM projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk management
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM system with other business systems
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the CRM system
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving any issues or roadblocks that arise
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM processes and functionalities
Qualifications
Education:
- Master (Bac+5) in Information Technology, Sales & Administration or a related field
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years work experience with CRM is mandatory (Salesforces or C4C)
- Fluent in English
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience managing CRM projects, preferably with systems like SAP Salescloud (C4C), Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of CRM principles in B2B environment, practices, and methodologies
- Experience to manage project interfaced with SAP Landscapes (SD/MM/PP/FI/CO) and ecosystems
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello)
- Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and integration with other business systems
- Basic knowledge of data management, SQL, and reporting tools.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Contract management skills, ie supervise third-party contractors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

The position requires to travel abroad time to time depending on project’s implementations.
