What will your daily life look like?
Your missions will include 2 main activities:
1) Technical and scientific work in the laboratory:
- Physicochemical characterization of different pre-formulated biotics,
- Study of the technological resistance of biotics in order to evaluate the protection performance of the different pre-formulation strategies applied,
- Participation in the evaluation of the stability of the best candidates under in vitro digestion conditions (depending on the progress of the internship).
2) Methodologies:
- Literature review,
- Familiarization with methods for measuring the activity of biotics, physicochemical and technological characterizations (application processes), initiation to TIM-1 fido.
- Organization of experiments, statistical analysis of the data obtained and formalization (writing of protocols, report and summary presentation of the results).

BAC+5 level / MASTER in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology or 5th year of Agro Engineering School.
Required competencies and skills:
- MUST HAVE: Microbiology, biotechnology
- NICE TO HAVE: Physicochemistry and formulation of health products, interest for process
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices.
- Soft skills: autonomous, curious, organized and enjoying teamwork as you will work with different departments.
