Job description
Following an internal mobility, we are looking for a coordinator for our Baking Centre network. Based in the Marketing Department, and more specifically in the central technical department called Baking CenterTM. You will be responsible for animating and coordinating the various communities of our Baking Center network by developing and implementing communication and best practices in business tools but also in the Microsoft 365 environment. These missions will be carried out on the international scale of the Baking CenterTM network (52 technical centres around the world).
In a nutshell, your main missions will be:
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide adapted analysis solutions (Managers, bakery technicians, research executives).
- Developing and structuring tools to answering the needs of technical teams of the Baking Center network.
- Create pedagogical content on best practices in tool use (tutorials, presentations, etc…) developping the skills of our technical Network
- Work closely and in synergy with the regions and Marketing teams and other Group departments.
- Coordinate and manage the Baking CenterTM network (organization of exchange sessions, face-to-face or webinar meetings, etc.).
- Understand and listen to the regions in order to bring support for animation and organisation of global, regional or local event.
An important part of the job will be focus on implementation of our specific technical tool (Bamareto) to collect technical data from the teams and to propose continuous improvements.
To do so, you will have to:
- Structure & implement data visualization reports (e.g. Power BI) & setting up KPIs with a focus on the Data quality processes.
- Deploy an innovative and inspiring service approach in all the Baking Center Network.
- Define projects involving the design of new digital tools or process automation (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.) in coordination with the digital service in the M4B.
- Be administrator of our collaborative tools & our 0365 business tools (upgrades / maintenance / SharePoint administration / Governance rules / …).
- Post-train follow-up on the use of new tools deployed, ensuring their adoption in the international network to guarantee quality of the data.
- Contribute to the design of training content with the Baking Academy training teams.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bac +5 professional degree/master’s in science-agri-food or digital data
- Initial experience of minimum 5 years, if possible, in an industrial or technical environment (e.g. agri-food, chemicals, health…) would be a plus.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform) would be a plus as well.
Technical skills:
- Coordination of cross-functional project
- Very good command of MS Office 365 tools (Power BI or other visualization tools, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, …),
- Techniques for dealing with resistance to change,
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, Power Query…),
- Data collection, cleaning and preparation, perform data audits and cleansing
