What will your daily life look like?
Planification:
• Maintain the mapping table and validate master data (e.g., lead times, BOMs, production rates) in planning systems to ensure accuracy for supply planning.
• Develop and deliver routine and ad-hoc PPT slides and reports (e.g., KPI dashboards, supply-demand gaps, FG/RM inventory trends, forecast variance, etc.) to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with factory teams to track plan execution, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of production outputs.
• Support the development of MPS and DRP to align with business objectives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and propose preventive measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve system utilization.
• Monthly reviews of inventory vs plan, root cause analysis for variance, give guidance for future adjustment.
• Coordinate with cross function team for excess and obsoletes disposition or write off decision process.
• Perform all other duties assigned by line manager.
Sales / Operation Interface:
• Supporting SOIP process with supply chain team (preparation, presentation, report and action follow up).
• Ensure continuous alignment with business priority and delivery of performance to agreed KPI.
• Analyze capacity status and work out the best scenarios with underlying business case, advantages, risk assessment.
• Meet ad-hoc customer requirements or deal with unexpected supply chain disruptions.

That makes you the ideal candidate
• Bachelors’ Degree or above in supply chain, logistic, business or engineering science
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and internship experience will be considered.
• Experience in a similar industry will be a plus.
• Fluent in Chinese, English.
• Familiar with Chinese regulation & international standard regarding logistic.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot, query) and PowerPoint and familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of supply china planning system (DRP/MPS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data and prioritize actions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
