What will your daily life look like?

Following the growth of the past few years, we want to prioritize the efficiency subjects. We want to work especially on consumption reduction. 

What you will do :

  • Optimize the usage of water, condensate, sewer, electric, steam for the Cedar Rapids plant.  Establish goals for lowering energy to improve sustainability and lower costs.  
  •  Maintain records on sustainability metrics. Collect data to track factory performance baseline and improvements.
  • Investigate alternative production processes to minimize energy output.
  • Work to lower carbon dioxide output in the plant to minimize the environmental impact. 
  • Study how we manage water at every stage of our operation. Automation, analytics, and remote monitoring are critical components of a meaningful water sustainability program
  • Communicate CSR initiatives within the Cedar Rapids plant and ensure local implementation is consistent with expectations of the global program
  • Other projects assigned

About You

  • Master or engineering degree, major in food-industrial is a plus
  • A minimum of two years working experience would be a plus.

And Your Skills

  • Solid knowledge of unit operations of industrial processes as well as at least 1 years of industrial field experience (postgraduate experience);
  • A fluent English is mandatory. French would be a plus.
  • Your skills and technical sensitivity allow you to be a real field engineer.
  • You know how to work in a multicultural context within the framework of projects requiring autonomy, initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
  • Good communications skills.
