What will your daily life look like?

  • Responsible for the whole sales process in the work related to Key Accounts, and provide consulting and technical services
  • Responsible for the breakdown and achievement of national key account sales targets. Lead the negotiation, signing, and implementation of national sales projects. Monitor sales process data and optimize processes to ensure customer KPIs are met. Regularly review and optimize strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage key sales projects (related to national key account), control critical milestones (such as bidding, contract negotiation, and delivery acceptance) to ensure that projects are implemented on time and to a high standard.
  • Leverage teamwork to coordinate internal resources from the Baking Center, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to drive the full lifecycle implementation of sales projects, including solution design, cost estimation, and delivery follow-up.

Value-added Solution Provider 

  • Maintain close and productive collaborative relationships with all major clients under management. Deeply explore the needs of national key clients, such as chain enterprises and group customers, to establish long-term partnerships. Conduct regular follow-up visits and provide continuous advisory services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

General Affairs 

  • Develop a tiered management strategy for national key accounts to optimize the customer structure and increase the proportion of high-value customers
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer dynamics to produce market insight reports, providing a basis for the company’s strategic adjustments
  • Other work assigned by line manager

That makes you the ideal candidate

  • Undergraduate degree and above, commercial related or food science majors will be a plus
  • More than 10 years working experiences, including 5 years in sales and service experience for key account in food ingredient or baking ingredient area
  • Has good business acumen and the capability of providing solution to customers
  • Has successful Key Accounts acquisition and development experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills and project management skills
  • Good at analyzing and solving problems
  • Good team spirit, good coordination and cooperation skills
  • Oral English
