Transportation Project Supervisor

– Fully understand OTD process, manage the special request of order, coordinate with RDC and transport suppliers to ensure 3PLS can implement customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

全面理解整个OTD流程，对于订单的特殊需求，及时沟通RDC与运输供应商，以确保3PLs能及时准确执行客户需求。

– Responsible for monitoring of cold logistics service quality: logistics complaint management, KPI assessment of warehouse and transportation vendors, and push corresponding rectification and optimization on supplier wise.

负责管控冷链整体物流服务质量：物流投诉管理，仓库及运输服务商的KPI考核评估，督促供应商进行相应整改优化。

– Assist logistics manager to manage the performance of 3PLs, participate in process optimization, logistics policy building, in constant research for best-fit tools considering the internal problematics: tools which makes tripartite links between our internal departments, 3PL and clients.

协助物流经理对于3PL的管理，探索挖掘物流工具，优化物流工作流程,建立物流运作原则体系。

– Develop logistics digitalization, lead the launch of TMS Project, promote and provide other innovative solutions.  

拓展物流数字化管理工具与方式，负责TMS项目上线，积极推动其他物流项目，提供物流创新方案。

– Support to analyze cold chain logistics cost monthly, optimize milk-run route for cold logistics to achieve higher loading rate and logistics cost saving.

协助冷链业务分析冷链成本情况，优化冷链物流整车路线，提高装载率以达到物流成本节约。

– Data analysis support, build logistics data center, optimize logistics data management model and complete dashboard.

提供数据分析支持，建立物流数据管理中心,优化物流数据管理模型，搭建物流dashboard。

– Support to order verification and review in OMS for cold chain business, product and customer master information system maintenance and setting.

管理冷链产品系订单信息的核验与审查，产品以及客户主信息的系统维护和设置；

– Get knowledge on in& out and inventory management of RDC, offer fully support to operation team when needed.

了解RDC的出入库以及库存管理业务，支持现有运营团队运作事宜。

– Follow up the delivery and in-transit of orders to ensure all orders are delivered to customers on time and in full. Deal with the abnormal situation in transit, timely coordinate with 3PLS and internal department to solve exception in time, avoid customer complaints.

跟踪订单的发运以及在途情况，确保所有订单均准时准确抵达客户处。处理订单在途的异常情况，及时协调3PLs与公司内部部门以便异常情况可及时得到解决，避免引起客户投诉。

– Freight bill checking.  Check the bill with T2 supplier by month to ensure that the charges match with the contract, make sure that there are relevant approval emails for special abnormal charges.

账单核对，每月按时与供应商进行上月运费账单的核对。

– Complete other related tasks assigned by line manager.

完成直线经理安排的其他相关工作。
