Dear clients, partners and friends,
There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of all. We share your concerns about the spread of Covid-19 around the world. Based in 51 countries, our global presence allows us to be as close as possible to the evolution of the situation, to take the most appropriate measures locally in order to protect our colleagues, customers, partners, suppliers and beyond, our families and friends, and thus curb this pandemic.
Our mission – Working together to better nourish and protect the planet – takes on its full dimension in these troubled times. We are therefore applying unprecedented measures to maintain our activities that are so essential to our daily nutrition. It is through the passion and commitment of our teams that we ensure production and continuity of supply. Despite the many challenges we face, we guarantee our highest quality standards, as our Chinese teams have done, and who are now out of the crisis.
Thus, as soon as the virus appeared, we implemented a set of appropriate measures that were gradually deployed throughout the world:
- A business continuity plan, considering the safety of people
- A regular reminder of the instructions to be followed
- Intensified cleanings
- Health checks at the entrance to the sites
- Deployment of home office
- Limited travels
- Cancelled gatherings
Today all our production sites are operational, and our teams are continuing their efforts to meet your customer requests in the coming days and weeks.
Be assured that we will stay in touch with you. Let’s stay connected to discuss your concerns, find the answers to your questions together and let us know if you have any additional needs. We will continue to adapt to the evolution of COVID-19 by focusing first and foremost on your ongoing safety and service. Although this virus places us in a situation of unprecedented uncertainty, you can count on our infinite commitment to you.
It is the responsibility of all of us to stop this pandemic.
Take care of yourself and your families.
